Workshops 2026
Writing Into Light spring sesion
Writing can deepen self awareness and alleviate stress. We will generate writing in a space where we can be authentically ourselves as we dance with both sorrow and joy, the light and the dark. We will use embodied writing, that is, writing from our breath, our senses, and what we can observe and feel. Each session begins with mindfulness practice. Poems, prose, and images followed by prompts jumpstart our writing. We tap into our inner guidance, moving from grief to healing and self compassion. Courageous writing is energizing and fulfilling. When we write together, we discover commonality and find companions in our journey. We share what we wrote during each session in a supportive circle. After each session, you receive an email with the materials presented on the shared screen. All are welcome.
Tuesday evenings May 26- June 30 6:30 - 8:30 CST via Zoom
