Writing for Healing is a tool for self-awareness and self-compassion. It is a way to access your intuition and inner guidance. I have presented writing for healing workshops in community spaces for 20 years and offer my insights on how writing can heal and transform lives. This section of my Substack is a way to create a weekly practice and comes out on Mondays. We begin with mindfulness and breathing to calm our nervous systems.  Not only do you receive writing prompts and ideas, but I read every comment and respond with care and support. It is not about developing writing skills but developing attentiveness and care for your heart and soul.
