Journaling for Spiritual Reflection

May 26 - June 23

6:30-8:30 pm CST (Central Time)

via Zoom $125

We will reflect on our spiritual life using readings from a variety of resources and traditions, from Rumi to Angels. We will explore our inner Divinity and how our creative practices are also prayer. We will discuss ways to deepen our spiritual practices, or start one, how to practice self-compassion as well as compassion for others, and where we need courage to let go of what no longer serves and move toward the life we envision.

Prior writing experience is not required.

During this workshop you will:

Explore your desire to connect with spiritual knowing
Express what has you stuck and where you can see your unfolding
Share with others on the journey
Be inspired by wisdom of the ages
Envision the life you want to create

 Cultivating Resiliency Through Writing

is an interactive workshop with personal story, tips on how to be more resilient, and practicing

intuitive writing to access inner guidance.

How can we rise above life's challenges? This presentation will offer ways to raise our vibrations and nourish our souls. I share my personal story of my journey to healing. We'll practice intuitive writing and learn how writing can unlock our own inner guidance in order to find self-awareness, insight and hope.

Writing is a way to listen to the deepest self and inner voice of wisdom. What tools enable us to access the deep voice of guidance? What stories do we feel compelled to share? How is writing to heal different from journaling?
